HOW TO USE:

Perfume

Spritz onto underarms, wrists, behind knees, behind ears and massage in

Tension Relief

Spritz into palms and massage into tension points, ex: forehead, temples, neck, shoulders, hips

Yoga or Meditation

Spritz into palms and massage onto glabella (between eyebrows / 3rd eye), behind ears, base of the neck, shoulders, wrists, along spine, hips, stomach, knees and ankles.

Patch Test
Spray onto your forearm/behind knees then pat in. Leave it in for 24hrs. If redness, itchiness or other irritations occur, discontinue use immediately & check in with your health professional ASAP. *Check in with a health professional if you’re not sure about potential allergies* Some oils may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
