Kokum Butter Cream

Deeply nourish and restore elasticity to your skin without clogging pores with this delicious Kokum Butter Cream. Handmade with the vitamin packed wild mangosteen (Kokum) along with aloe vera and sweet almond oil this easily glides along your skin and absorbs quickly. It’s a versatile cream and can be worn as face or hand cream or even for the full body. You can use it in the morning to keep your skin hydrated and glowing throughout the day or as a night cream that restores and heals your skin overnight.

(Thickness meter based on the other lotions in my range. There’s no average moisture thickness meter; I created it for my products because the thickness of a cream can be off-putting, I hope this takes some of the guess work out for you.)

Why Bunny made this:

I have dry/eczema type skin and I’m very sensitive to certain textures. I was constantly on the lookout for creams that weren’t too thick or greasy that could keep my skin hydrated without flaring up my irritations. I generally settled for a cream that was thick and heavy, leaving me in front of a fan for about 2 hours before I was able to wear something loose and light; certain materials rubbing against heavily moisturised skin left me in a very unpleasant state. Eventually I learned about skincare and many formulations later, I created my four favourite moisturising types using Aloe Vera Gel, Oils and Butters.
