Balmy ginger and rosemary dusted with Ceylon cinnamon dipped in warm frankincense. Based on Ayurveda, this relief stick is handmade with pure plant oils to soothe, warm and bring deep insight.
- Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil
- Pelargonium Graveolens (Rose Geranium Essential Oil)
- Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Oil
- Citrus Sinensis (Valencia Orange) Oil
- Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon) Leaf Oil
- Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Oil
- Boswellia Carteri (Frankincense) Oil
HOW TO USE:
Always shake well before use
Tension Relief: Roll stick over temples, forehead, neck, shoulder blades, spine, hips or other problem areas then massage in. Stay hydrated & rest well.
Before or After Workout: Roll stick along shoulders, biceps, forearms, spine, hips, thighs, calves and ankles then massage in.
Yoga or Meditation: Dab onto glabella (between eyebrows/3rd eye) and behind ears. Roll in a circular motion around wrist, elbows, shoulders and base of the neck. Roll along spine, lower back, hips, around the belly button, knees and ankles then massage in before you begin your practice.
*This is an oil-based fragrance; to ensure you maintain grip during your yoga practice, please wash your hands and dry off well.
Dab a small amount onto your forearm/behind knees then pat in. Leave it in for 24hrs.
